Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, however without commenting anything upon the merits/demerits of the case, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn; with a direction that the accused- applicant shall surrender himself before the learned Trial Court concerned.
