The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “(i) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash Order No. F- 10-48/2015/Tech Edn/42 Govt of Chhattisgarh Skill Development Technical Education and Employment Secretariat Mahanadi Bhawan Naya Raipur, Naya Raipur Dated 04/12/2015 Annexure P-1 by issuing writ of Certiorari / Mandamus or any other writ deemed fit in the interest of justice. (ii) That in case during pendency of above writ the First Semester Exam is concluded on 16/12/2015, then the petitioners may be allowed to appear for First and Second Semester Examination Simultaneously accordingly appropriate writ may be issued against respondents. (iii) That in case petitioners are put to loose their First Semester then the Respondents may be directed to pay Compensation to petitioners at the rate RS. 50000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs) per petitioner by issuing appropriate, writ order or direction. (iv) That, the Hon'ble Court may mould the relief as and when deemed fit in the interest of justice. (v) That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any other writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions deemed fit in the interest of justice.” 4 2. Having considered the relief sought, in the opinion of this Court, this petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous.
