This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, praying for grant of Page No.# 2/2 bail to the petitioner, namely, Balgovind Jaiswal who was arrested in connection with Guwahati GRPS Case No.178/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/318(4)/62/178/179/180 of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Guwahati GRPS Case No.178/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 11/2026 dated 31.01.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Guwahati GRPS Case No.178/2025, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5.
