Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick …for the petitioner Mr. Arkaprava Sen Ms. Deblina Chatterjee …..for the State respondents 1) Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2) Mr. Basu Mallick, learned advocate representing petitioner submits that in spite of initiation of investigation of Raghunathpur Police Station Case No. 29/2024 dated 12th March, 2024 till date charge-sheet has not been filed. Petitioner prays for direction upon concerned police authorities to file charge-sheet before jurisdictional Magistrate on completion of investigation. 3) Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 17th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge of Raghunathpur Police Station, Purulia and same is taken on record. Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 2 4) It is disclosed in communication dated 17th August, 2026 that on concluding investigation charge-sheet dated 25th July, 2026 was filed before jurisdictional Magistrate. 5) In view of filing of charge-sheet, it appears that grievance of petitioner is redressed and no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 6) Writ petition stands disposed of. 7) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
