This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Godda (M) PS Case No.202 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 310(4), 310(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that along with the petitioner two other persons were also apprehended and they have been granted regular bail in BA No.266 of 2026 and BA Registration No.12085 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2025. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the 2026:JHHC:5471 -2- petitioner and submits that allegations are there. 5. Considering that two of the coaccused persons have been granted regular bail as aforesaid and the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (M) PS Case No.202 of 2025.
