Heard Sri Shaik Asif, learned counsel, representing Ms.Ayesha Azma, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Ms. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel representing Chaudhary & Chaudhary Advocates and Solicitors, learned Standing Counsel for National Highway Authority of India. 3. Ms.Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel, submitted that pursuant to filing of the Writ Petition, the authorities have deposited the enhanced compensation claimed in the writ petition before the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition and therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4. In response, Sri Shaik Asif, learned counsel, prayed to grant liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition for release of the said amount.
