Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. It is alleged on behalf of petitioner that private respondents trespassed on land of the petitioner and disturbed the petitioner in peaceful possession of the said land which prompted the petitioner to lodge complaint before the concerned police authorities on 8th July, 2026. 3. Petitioner prays for direction to initiate investigation by registering FIR and to direct the police authorities to restrain private respondents from disturbing peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question. 2 4. Ms. Pampa Dey (Dhabal) learned advocate representing respondent nos. 5 to 7 has disputed submission made on behalf of petitioner and it is contended that respondents never tried to encroach land of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Madhu Jana, learned advocate representing State respondents on instruction submits that on receipt of complaint of the petitioner dated 8th July, 2026 an FIR being Moyna Police Station Case No. 316 of 2026 dated 25th August, 2026 was registered and investigation is going on. 6. In view of registration of FIR based on complaint lodged by the petitioner no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition is disposed of. 7. Concerned police authorities are directed to investigate the case and take the same to its logical conclusion. 8.
