By presenting this writ petition petitioner has prayed for direction upon the concerned police authorities to inform number of criminal prosecutions and particulars thereof pending against petitioner as on date. In the writ petition three criminal prosecutions are disclosed. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who submits that petitioner has obtained bail from Court below in all the three FIRs. 4. In view of obtaining bail in all three FIRs which are disclosed in the present writ petition 2 propriety of FIRs questioned in this writ petition is not gone into. 5. However, considering the prayer of the petitioner for disclosure of FIR, Deputy Inspector General of Police (Legal), West Bengal is directed to intimate petitioner by fortnight from date FIRs, if any, pending against petitioner along with necessary particulars apart from FIRs which are disclosed in this writ petition. 6. Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to amend cause title and describe police authority being arrayed as respondent no. 3 appropriately in course of this day. 7.
