1. This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 08.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Writ Court in CWP-5794-2026, titled as ‘Kanwar Raja Ram vs. State of Haryana and others’, the operative part of which, reads as under:-
“3. Learned State counsel submits that there is technical glitch, however, jurisdictional authorities are examining the matter and needful would be done within two weeks from today.
4. In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order has since been complied with, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive and hence, he prays that the present petition be disposed of as not pressed any further.
