For the State : Mr. Vijoy Kumar Sinha, A.P.P. ------ 03/ 08.01.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 448, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are agnates and there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries. He next submits that the date of alleged occurrence is 25.12.2022, wherein the FIR has been lodged on 04.01.2023. He then submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-20 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that the date of alleged occurrence is 25.12.2022, wherein the FIR has been registered on 04.01.2023 and there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries and further the petitioner is having no criminal [2026:JHHC:369] -2- antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-20 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated:-08.01.2026 Amitesh/-
