ORAL JUDGMENT

The joint memo reads as under:
“The instant Appeal has been filed against the
Judgment and Award dated 09.04.2026 passed by

XIX AddI. Judge, Court of Small Causes and ACJM and Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (SCCH- 17), At Bengaluru in M.V.C. No.:952/2024.
The Appellant has agreed to receive and Respondent- The TATA AIG General Ins. Co. Ltd. has agreed to pay a lump-sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only), in addition to what has been awarded by the tribunal, in full and final settlement of the claim.
The TATA AIG General Ins. Co. Ltd., has agreed to deposit the said amount, before the tribunal, within six weeks from the date of receiving the copy of the order failing which the said amount shall carry interest at 9% per annum from the date of default, till the date of deposit. The parties are not entitled for any cost.
The parties to this appeal have set their hands to this settlement on this 31.8.2026 at Bengaluru Bench.”
The appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memo. Draw award in terms of the joint memo.
