Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the Applicant.
2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.105 of 2026 for the offence punishable under Sections 3, 5, 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, Police Station Kotwali, Roorkee, District Haridwar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case; there is no evidence on record that applicant had slaughtered any cow progeny; the place where the cow was slaughtered does not belong to the present applicant. He further submits that there was no public witness of the alleged recovery. The applicant has no previous criminal history. He further submits that in case applicant is released on bail she is ready to abide by all the conditions as imposed by this Court.
5. Learned State counsel opposed the bail application.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the
facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to the released on bail.
7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Sadaf be released on bail on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned subject to the condition that that the Applicant shall cooperate with the trial proceedings and shall not misuse the liberty granted to her.
