The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the total amount of Rs. 40,00,000/-, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) and seeks an extension of time until August 2026 to pay the remaining balance amount. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor raises no serious objection to the grant of an extension of time. 4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed in 6(i) of the order dated 27.03.2026 in Cr.M.P.
