Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that altogether three petitioners have filed the present writ application and during pendency of the present writ application, the name of the petitioner No.3, namely, Wahed Jamal Sekh has been included in the voter list but the appeals preferred by the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 have not been taken up for hearing. He prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeals preferred by the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 as early as possible. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeals preferred by the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, namely, Najrul Islam Sk and Kebir Hossain Sekh as early as possible, preferably 2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 4. Urgent certified Photostat copy, if applied for, be given to the parties after compliance with all requisite formalities.
