And In the matter of : Sabir Mistri @ Sabir Mistry ……Petitioner. Mr. Abdul Aziz Mondal .....for the Petitioner. Mr. Brajesh Jha, Ld. APP Mr. Subrata Mukherjee ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case on the basis of statement of co-accused. Although, the case reflects that alleged recovery of 749 bottles of Eskuf cough syrup from other accused. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. A report has been submitted which reflects that antecedents. So far as one case is concerned, the same relates to matrimonial dispute and other case relates to the West Bengal Gambling and Prize Competition Act, 1957 case. Having considered that the said case has impact to the society along with the present case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1816 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
