JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order 11th February, 2025 (Annexure-H) passed by the respondent No.4- Tahsildar and Endorsement dated 22nd July, 2025 (Annexure-J) issued by the respondent No.4. 2. Heard Sri. Basavaraju M.C., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner is challenging the order of change of mutation passed by the respondent No.4-Tahsildar in - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010298202026 NC: 2026:KHC:46206 WP NO.13765 OF 2026 Case No.R.R.T:Dispute/C.R/194/2021 dated 11th February, 2025 (Annexure-H). In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act to challenge the impugned order at Annexure-H.
