This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed Today, the matter is listed under the caption “For Being Mentioned” at the instance of the learned counsel for the defacto complainant. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the defcto complainant submitted that in paragraph No.7 of the order copy dated 12.06.2026, the quantum of the jewel has been wrongly mentioned as “115 gms” instead of “115 sovereigns” and similarly, in the same line, it has also been wrongly mentioned as “she had paid Rs.53 lakhs” instead of “she had not paid Rs.53 lakhs”. Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected. 3. This Court perused the records. Considering the error crepted, the said typographical error has to be corrected. 4.
