The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has 57 previous cases and, therefore, is not entitled to seek the indulgence of this Court. 4. In view of the above facts, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on 25.06.2026. Upon such surrender, the learned District and Sessions Judge for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, is directed to accept the same and consider the bail petition on the very same day. 5.
