1. This office reference is registered on the PUD forwarded by Special Judge, NDPS Act, Raigarh, District – Raigarh requesting for further four months time to conclude the trial as directed by the Court in M.Cr.C. No.3999 of 2024, whereby six months time was granted and further in M.Cr.C. No.8195 of 2024 on 26.11.2024 four months time was granted. Learned trial Court could not conclude the trial within the period as directed has forwarded letter requesting for extension of time BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN
2 accordingly on 26.03.2025 three months time was granted in Cr.M.P. No. 1068 of 2025, in Cr.M.P. No. 2168 of 2025 on 14.07.2025 and lastly on time was extended for further period of three months on 07.01.2026 in Cr.M.P. No. 7 of 2026.
2. In the request letter, trial Court has mentioned that trial could not be concluded as the accused person is not appearing and against him arrest warrant has been issued.
3. In view of the aforementioned facts of the case and the reasons assigned in the request letter, further four months time from today is granted to conclude the trial as directed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.3999 of 2024.
4. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
