Accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.369/2026 registered by Byadarahalli Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 352, 351(2) and 190 of BNS, 2023, are before this Court in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.369/2026 was registered by Byadarahalli Police Station, Bengaluru, against five unknown persons based on the first information dated 17.07.2026 received from Ranganath H S, who is one of the injured victims in the present case. During the course of investigation, petitioners herein were arrested on 17.07.2026 and remanded to judicial custody. Their bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.1574/2026 was rejected on 27.07.2026. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that first informant in the present case was working as a supplier in Rajanna Fish Stall owned by one Narasegowda. On 16.07.2026 at about 10.30 p.m. five persons, who came to the fish stall, ordered food and while paying the bill, they only paid part of the bill amount and went away. Subsequently, at about 01.10 a.m., they once again came near the fish stall and after abusing the first informant and another for demanding money from them for eating fish in their stall, they allegedly assaulted the first informant and another with weapons and went away. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced medical documents of accused No.1, which would go to show that even accused No.1 had sustained injuries in the incident in question. The wound certificate of the first informant made available to this Court by learned HCGP would go to show that he had suffered only simple injuries in the incident in question and he was treated as an outpatient in the Hospital. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents. Major portion of the investigation is already completed. The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.369/2026 was registered by Byadarahalli Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 352, 351(2) and 190 of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions: a) Petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b) The petitioners shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless the Trial Court exempts their appearance for valid reasons; c) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioners shall not involve in similar offences in future.
