This Office Reference is registered on the PUD dated 22.08.2026 forwarded by Special Judge, NDPS, Saraipali, District- Mahasamund seeking extension of further 2 months’ time for disposal of Special Criminal Case No.63 of 2024. 2. This Court while disposing of MCRC No.7521 of 2024 vide order dated 13.11.2024 granted 6 months time to learned trial Court to Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2026.09.28 15:36:31 +0530 -2- conclude the trial. Thereafter, on the PUD forwarded by concerned trial Court requesting further time to conclude the trial, CRMP No.3112 of 2025 was registered and this Court vide order dated 14.10.2025 granted further 4 months’ time to conclude the trial. Again on the request of concerned trial Court, 4 months’ time was extended vide order dated 13.03.2026 passed in CRMP No.719 of 2026. 3. In this Office Reference, learned trial Court has further prayed for 2 months’ time to conclude the trial. 4. On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the PUD, further 2 months’ time, from today, is granted to concerned trial Court to conclude the proceeding of Special Criminal Case No.63 of 2024. 5. This Office Reference (CRMP No.2505 of 2026) is accordingly disposed of. 6. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to concerned Court for its compliance.
