Today, at the time of call, none appears for the parties. No accommodation has been sought for. In absence of the petitioner being able to demonstrate service on the respondents, despite the writ petition having been filed on 16th January, 2026, and more than six months having already been elapsed, I am not inclined to retain the same on the file. 3.
