Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder, seriously object on the maintainability of the petition by submitting that the petitioner has a remedy to prefer an application under section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023, before the court concerned. 5. I found force on submission of Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the State, and hence, the petition is dismissed being devoid of merit; however the petitioner can avail the remedy as provided under law.
