Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. From the submissions made on behalf of parties, it appears that in connection with Chakdah Police Station Case no.1253 of 2024 dated 3rd November, 2024 charge-sheet was filed and on being dissatisfied with the steps taken by the concerned police authority, jurisdictional Magistrate was approached for further investigation and same was allowed. It was the contention before the jurisdictional Magistrate that Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), 2012 needs to be added to the aforesaid criminal prosecution. 3. Mr. Billwadal Bhattacharyya, learned Additional Advocate General representing State respondents submits that further investigation is going on. 4. Since as per case made out in this writ petition that Section 6 of POCSO Act needs to be added, present writ petition is not maintainable due to disclosure of identity of victim’s father. 5. Writ petition stands dismissed. [2] 6.
