Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP appearing on behalf of the respondent - State. 3. FIR in Crime No.110/2026 is registered by Hallymysore Police Station for the aforesaid offences against the petitioner and two others based on first information dated 29.06.2026 received from Rajappa N M., who is one of the injured victim in the present case. Apprehending arrest in the present case, petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.729/2026 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court, which was rejected on 23.07.2026. Therefore, he is before this Court. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010534102026 NC: 2026:KHC:47179 CRL.P No. 11729 of 2026 4. A reading of the FIR would reveal that family of the accused persons and family of the first informant have a serious dispute with regard to certain immovable property. It is in this backdrop, the parties had fought against each other on 28.06.2026 at about 04.30 p.m. and FIR in this regard was registered on 29.06.2026 at about 09.30 a.m. Wound Certificate of the alleged victims in the present case is made available to this Court by learned HCGP. Victims have suffered only simple injuries in the incident. Accused Nos.2 and 3 have been granted anticipatory bail by the jurisdictional Sessions Court. It is not in dispute that petitioner has no other criminal antecedents. He has undertaken to co-operate with the Investigating Officer. Under the circumstances, I am of the opinion that his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be answered affirmatively, subject to appropriate conditions. Accordingly, the following:- 5. The petition is allowed. The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest in Crime No.110/2026 registered by Hallymysore Police Station, Hassan for offences - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010534102026 NC: 2026:KHC:47179 CRL.P No. 11729 of 2026 punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 352, 109, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions: a.
