ORAL ORDER
1. Accused Nos.1, 2 & 4 in Crime No.199/2026 registered by Sampigehalli Police Station, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 109 and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 are before this Court in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. F.I.R in Crime No.199/2026 was registered by Sampigehalli Police Station, Bengaluru for the aforesaid offences against the petitioners herein and others based on the first information dated 09.06.2026 received from the first informant Tousif, who is one of the injured victim in the present case.

4. During the course of investigation, accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 were arrested on 15.06.2026. Their bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court was rejected. Therefore, they are before this Court seeking regular bail.

It is the case of the prosecution that on 08.06.2026 the first informant and his relative Mohammed Ali, who had gone to the marriage of their relative had returned home late night and at about 11 p.m, when the first informant was parking his car, accused persons, who came there, abused him and his relative Mohammad Ali and thereafter assaulted them with weapons. Accused Nos.5 to 9, who were arrested in the present case have been granted regular bail by the jurisdictional Sessions Court.
6. Learned Additional State Public Prosecutor has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners are persons with criminal antecedents.
7. The wound certificate of the injured victims i.e., Mohammed Ali and the first informant would go to show that, they have suffered only simple injury in the incident in question. Accused nos.5 to 9, who were arrested in the present

case have granted regular bail by the jurisdictional Sessions Court. Under the circumstances, the following :-
ORDER (i) Criminal petition is allowed. (ii) The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.199/2026 registered by Sampigehalli Police Station, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 109 and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, subject to the following conditions: a) The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b) The petitioners shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless the Trial Court exempts their appearance for valid reasons; c) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioners shall not involve in similar offences in future. e) The petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of

the said Court until the case registered against him is
disposed off. f) The petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer of Sampigehally Police Station, Bengaluru on every third Sunday of the month between 10.00 a.m, to 1.00 p.m and mark their attendance for a period of one year from the date of their release from the custody.
