No.4688 of 2024, whereby six months time was granted. Earlier request letter submitted was allowed in Cr.M.P. No. 1677 of 2025 and further six months time was granted and again in Cr.M.P. In the request letter, trial Court has mentioned that trial could not be concluded as the accused persons are not appearing and their residents of Uttar Pradesh and arrest warrant has already been issued. 3. In view of the aforementioned facts of the case and the reasons assigned in the request letter, further two months time from today is granted to conclude the trial as directed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.4688 of 2024. 4. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions. 5.
