It is further submitted that the present writ petition arises out of the order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the learned Executing Court in the said execution proceedings. 2. Since the present writ petition emanates from the order dated 27.07.2023 passed in Execution Case No. 01/2017, and the execution proceedings themselves have already culminated in finality on 27.07.2023, nothing further survives for consideration or adjudication in the present writ petition. 3 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, the parties shall be at liberty to avail their remedy as may be available to them in law before the appropriate forum/proceeding.
