The Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.09.28 17:05:21 +0530 2 writ(s)/order(s) and direct the respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame in the interest of justice. 2. Any other relief/direction that the Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application/objection against the claim of respondent No.4, who is seeking compassionate appointment on account of the death of the petitioner's son, who was the deceased employee. Respondent No.4 is the wife of the deceased employee. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation and prays for liberty to pursue the said representation submitted before the District Planning Officer, vide Annexure P-1 dated 16.06.2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the present petition is premature, as the petitioner is seeking a direction for consideration and decision upon his representation, which has not yet been decided. It is further submitted that no decision has, as yet, been taken with regard to the claim of respondent No.4 for grant of compassionate appointment. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to pursue the representation, which has already filed by him. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents on record. 3 6. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that, as the claim of respondent No.4 for grant of compassionate appointment has not been considered till date and the petitioner seeks to pursue his representation before the competent authority, the present writ petition, at this stage, is not maintainable. 7. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue his representation Annexure P-1, which is pending before the District Planning Officer.
