This present Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent-contemnors for non-compliance with the
direction of this Court dated 28.05.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.291 of
2025. [3]
It is submitted by Mr. Sankar Kr. Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in compliance with the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.291 of 2025, the case of the petitioner has been decided and reliefs sought for by the petitioner have been considered in part. Accordingly, there survives nothing for adjudication in this present contempt case. [4]
In view of the above, this present Contempt Petition is closed. However, in the event, if the petitioner is further aggrieved by the decision made by the respondents, he shall be at liberty to challenge the decision by preferring fresh proceedings. [5]
As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
