At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondent authorities to take decision on the claim of petitioner with regard to regularization in service. He submits that earlier pursuant to direction issued by this Court, respondent authorities have only considered claim of petitioner for grant of pension and not considered claim of petitioner for regularization. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 and 4 would submit that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. He, however, submits that earlier representation of petitioner was considered and decided, therefore, petitioner may submit fresh representation. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 3 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, submission of learned counsel for parties, without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation with regard to his claim for regularization raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition. If such a representation is submitted by petitioner, respondent No.3 and 4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, on its own merits, expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
