The petitioners’ grievance that the benefit accrued to their father, a deceased employee on account of CMPF refund has not been given to them. 2. Ms. Lala appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 -7, the employer of the petitioners’ father has handed over all requisite documents including the resolution to the respondent no. 8. The employer has no objection to release the said benefit to the petitioners. 3. Since the employer is unable to show service of such requisite documents on the respondent no. 8, I direct the respondent no. 8 being the General Manager, Kenda Area, Easter Coalfields Limited to resend/resubmit all requisite documents pertaining to the benefits Page 2 of CMPF refund claim of the petitioners’ father to the respondent no. 8 by 25th September, 2026. 4. The respondent no. 8 is directed to consider the documents and ensure disbursal of such benefits along with applicable interest in favour of the petitioners by 15th November, 2026. 5. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
