By filing this interlocutory application, it has been submitted that there was a typographical error in arraying of respondent nos. 5 and 6 and accordingly, it is prayed that the respondent no.5 i.e. Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta be substituted by Superintendent of Police (B), Baksa and the respondent no.6 i.e. the District Commissioner, Barpeta be now substituted by District Commissioner, Baksa. Page No.# 3/3 3. Having heard the learned CGC, State and Departmental counsel, the prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
