Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for more than five months, charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner has been vindictively detained on the basis of framed accusations. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner being the Manager altered the gold ornaments with fake ornaments and the interest was taken in his personal account. Other accused persons are still absconding. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1614 of 2026 is dismissed.
