In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition at this stage. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to seek revival of the present writ petition, in accordance with law, if any cause of action survives or arises in future. 4.
