She further submits that the police after investigation have filed 'B' report before the concerned Court. 2. The issue is with regard to a compound wall allegedly constructed by the petitioner in 2016 and the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010526462026 NC: 2026:KHC:45656 CRL.P No. 11612 of 2026 construction taking place in 2024 by the supposed accused, who have allegedly trespassed over the property. 3. In light of filing of 'B' report, the remedy to the petitioner lies before the concerned Court to take the law forward by filing a protest petition or otherwise, as the case would be and also to seek for further investigation if he is so wanting. 4.
