JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition and that they have made a representation to respondent No.2 to issue Khata in respect of the property - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20382 WP No. 11019 of 2026 in their names. However, as no action has been taken by respondent No.2, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent No.2 to issue the Khata in favour of the petitioners. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, upon instructions, submits that all the necessary particulars have not been produced by the petitioners. He further submits that if the petitioners were to make an online application with all the necessary particulars, the same would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders would be passed. The petitioners are agreeable for the same. 3. Hence, the following: ORDER i. The petitioners are granted liberty to make the necessary application in the manner known to law, for issuance of Khata in respect of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20382 WP No. 11019 of 2026 property which is the subject matter of the writ petition. ii. If such an application is made with all the necessary particulars, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (08) weeks thereafter. iii.
