This office reference is registered on the PUD forwarded by Special Additional Sessions Judge, (FTC), Korba, District Korba requesting for further one month time to conclude the trial as directed by the Court in M.Cr.C. No. 2911 of 2026, whereby four months time was granted. 2. In the request letter, trial Court has mentioned that trial could not be concluded because of non-appearance of witnesses even after sending summons.
