The petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the representation at Annexure-E dated 10.08.2026. 3. It is stated in the representation that the petitioner had acquired the land in question based on the registered sale deed dated 10.04.1994. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical mistake has been crept in, the representation at Annexure-E and accordingly, the petitioner sought one week time to file a comprehensive representation to respondent No.4. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010579592026 NC: 2026:KHC:46169 WP No. 26453 of 2026 4. In that view of the matter, if such a representation is made by the petitioner on similar terms, respondent No.4 shall consider the same, after verifying the original records in their office, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
