The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 19.01.2026 (Annexure P/3), whereby AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.09.28 17:05:39 +0530 2 the respondent No.2 has passed an order placing the petitioner under suspension. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, working as Teacher, L.B. Grade, has been placed under suspension vide order dated 19.01.2026 and, despite the passage of significant time since 19/01/2026, the respondents have neither concluded departmental proceedings nor passed any order extending the suspension. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if she is permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation before the competent authority, raising all grounds available to her in law, including her grievance regarding revocation of suspension, with a direction to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents appended with the writ petition. 5. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall submit a fresh comprehensive representation raising all her grievances before the competent authority/ respondent No.2/Joint Director, Education Division, Bastar, 3 Jagdalpur, who is the authority that has passed the impugned order dated 19.01.2026, within a period of 15 days along with copy of this order and upon receipt of such representation, Respondent No.2/Joint Director, Education Division Bastar, Jagdalpur shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of 35 days thereafter. 6.
