JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the survey sketch dated 05.12.2024 (Annexure-G) approved by the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010038782025 NC: 2026:KHC:46867 WP No. 1808 of 2025 respondent No.1, and sought for direction to the respondent No.2 not to take any action pursuant to the Hissa survey sketch produced at Annexure-G to the writ petition. 2. It is well established principle of law that, petitioner cannot bypass the statutory remedy available under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. It is also to be noted that, petitioner is having efficacious remedy to challenge the impugned sketch produced at Annexure-G to the writ petition before the competent Authority. 3. At this juncture, Sri P. P. Hegde, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure-R15) to the statement of objection and contended that, the impugned sketch has been challenged before the Appellate Authority and an order has been passed in this regard rejecting the appeal. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010038782025 NC: 2026:KHC:46867 WP No. 1808 of 2025 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this petition, and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
