AGP appearing for the State has placed on record a communication dated 11th May, 2026 which clearly accepts the resignation of the petitioner from the West Bengal Health Services in compliance of the direction passed by this Hon’ble Court on 8th April, 2026. 3. In view thereof, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of recoding acceptance of resignation of the petitioner. 4.
