Counsel for petitioners admits that petitioner No.1-Suman Kumari Yadav has joined as Trainee Teacher in furtherance to [2026:RJ-JP:8047-DB] (2 of 3) [CCP-1087/2023] appointment letter dated 31.01.2026 wherein it has been mentioned that after clearing six months bridge course, she would be accorded regular appointment as Teacher Grade-III. He also admits that petitioner No.2-Subhash Chand Gurjar has also been allowed to join as Trainee Teacher pursuant to his appointment order dated 24.09.2025 and in his appointment order as well, it has been mentioned that after clearing bridge course of six months, he shall be given appointment on the post of Teacher Grade-III. 2. In conformity to the appointment orders to both petitioners and for arranging special bridge course, a detailed order dated 13.02.2026 passed by District Education Officer (Headquarter) Primary Education, Barmer, has been issued and same is taken on record. 3. In view of above, the issue of appointment of both the petitioners has been put to rest. 4. In respect of arranging a six months bridge course, to be undergone by both the petitioners, order dated 31.01.2026 has been issued by the Additional Director, Rajasthan State Council of Educational Research & Training, Udaipur, permitting both petitioners to undergo six months bridge course by Primary Education, Bikaner from the period 01.04.2026 to 30.09.2026. 5. In view of above, the issue of non-compliance/disobedience of the final order dated 06.01.2022, passed in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.64/2019 does not survive further. For delay in compliance, assigning the procedural reasons, Additional Advocate General prays for grant of apology to the Arraying Officers. His prayer is supported with documents, hence, accepted. Accordingly, in the light of previous orders dated 30.01.2026 and 03.02.2026, the proceedings of present civil contempt petition are hereby closed and notices of contempt stand discharged. 7.
