Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the counsel was arguing before another Bench and there was no junior present to assist him, he could not appear before this Bench when the case was called for hearing. He submits that the applicant wants to pursue the appeal and prays for restoration of the same. 3. For the reasons stated in the application supported by an affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.
