Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, in view of the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside all the impugned orders dated 04/06/2025 (Annexure P/1), 10/07/2025 (Annexure P/2), and 15/09/2025 (Annexure P/3) and direct the respondents to reconsider the petitioner's case afresh in accordance with the Yuktiyuktkaran Policy, giving due preference to the petitioner as a female teacher and in line with her seniority, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to direct the respondent authorities to complete the counselling process in accordance with the Yuktiyuktkaran policy giving the opportunity to the petitioner to exercise her right to choose her place of posting as per the correct seniority list. 10.3 That, the petitioner further prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct that she be allowed to continue at her current place of posting at Government Primary School Bhojpur, Block Champa, in furtherance of justice. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased 10 grant any other relief/reliefs in favor of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit & just.” 2. Counsel for the State raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that petitioner after rejection of the representation by the District Level Committee has filed a writ petition bearing WPS No. 9236 of 2025 which was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation before Committee constituted under the rationalization policy raising all the grievance, however, the petitioner has not submitted representation before the Divisional Level Committee after rejection of his representation by the District Level Committee. 3 / 3 3. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate representation / appeal before Divisional Level Committee constituted under the rationalization policy. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before Divisional Level Committee under the Rationalization Policy and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned Committee shall consider and take decision on the representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
