The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the appeal/representation vide Annexure-P dated 31.03.2021, wherein the petitioner had challenged the order of termination from service. Respondent No.2 has not passed any order on the representation/appeal memo. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Executing Committee has been constituted in the month of December, 2025 and submits that Annexure-P is not in the proper format. She submits that if the petitioner submits the appeal in a proper format, the Executing Committee will consider the appeal and dispose of in accordance with the law.
3. Perused the records and considered the
submissions of the learned counsel for the parties.
4. It is an undisputed fact that the petitioner was dismissed from service and the petitioner has challenged the said order of termination before respondent No.2 vide Annexure-P. From the perusal of Annexure-P, it clearly discloses that, it is a representation made to respondent No.2 and submitted Annexure-P dated 31.03.2021. As on the date of submitting Annexure-P, the Executing Committee was not formed. Hence, Annexure-P was kept

pending. The Executing Committee has been formed in the month of December 2025 and Annexure-P is not in a proper format.
5. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following:
ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. ii. In addition to Annexure-P, the petitioner is permitted to make a memorandum of appeal in a proper format and thereafter, respondent No.2 is permitted to consider and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of submitting the memorandum of appeal. iii. Pending application/s, if any, shall stand
disposed of.
