Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for the early disposal of the Miscellaneous Petition No.10/2023, pending before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Vide ANNEXURE-A. b. Issue any other appropriate writ order or Directions as this Hon,ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. This Court had called for a report from the concerned Court as to how much time required for disposal of the matter. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010513222026 NC: 2026:KHC:45830 WP No. 23358 of 2026 3. As per the report, it is stated that the concerned Court requires three to six months’ time to dispose of Miscellaneous Petition No.10/2023. 4. In that view of the matter this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Trial Court to dispose of the matter within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii.
