Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for ten months, charge-sheet has been submitted and prosecution has relied upon 81 witnesses to prove its case. Learned advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that there are overwhelming materials appearing against the petitioner. Petitioner has been identified in the T.I. parade and there are recoveries. Be that as it may, having considered the gravity of the offence, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 1608 of 2026 is rejected. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
