3. We have heard learned counsel for the State/petitioner and perused the judgment passed by the trial Court as well as related documents.
4. On due consideration, the leave, as prayed for by learned counsel for the State/petitioner, is granted.
5. The Registry is directed to register the present CrMP under the head
“Acquittal Appeal”.
6. After registration of the acquittal appeal, issue notice to the respondents/accused by ordinary as well as registered mode within a week. PF be paid within ten days from the date of registration of the acquittal appeal for issuance of notice to respondents/accused.
7. In view of the above, present CRMP stand disposed of.
