As such, learned advocate prays that the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail. State has submitted a report which reflects that there is antecedent of the present petitioner in respect of another case wherefrom 597 gm of Crude opium were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner. 2 Having considered the antecedent of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1906 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
